The iDSD GR 2 is a fully balanced portable DAC and headphone amp for audiophiles and IEM listeners who don't want to trade desktop drive for pocket size. As the direct successor to the xDSD Gryphon, it pushes around 50% more power while staying small enough to leave the house with. A serious portable source, available at Soundium.

Its balanced stage gives you the headroom of a desktop amp on the move, while the Burr-Brown current-output DAC keeps the presentation warm rather than clinical. Tune digital filters, switch inputs and update firmware over the air from the iFi Nexis app, and lean on hybrid power so a wall supply takes over when you're at the desk — the battery is there when you're not.
